Voice Moderation
1. Record Duration
- Enable Recording: Ensure that the recording option is activated.
- Set Duration: Select the recording duration after a report is made. Choose from various durations, such as 10 seconds to 3 minutes, depending on your team's needs.
- Free Plan: Up to 30 seconds of recording per report.
- Basic Plan: Up to 1 minute of recording per report.
- Premium Plan: Up to 3 minutes of recording per report.
2. Channel Configuration
- Allow Recording in Specific Channels: Define which voice channels are permitted for recording. This can be done by clicking on "Channel List" and selecting the desired channels.
- Free Plan: Can monitor up to 2 channels.
- Basic Plan: Can monitor up to 5 channels.
- Premium Plan: Unlimited channel monitoring.
- Recording Receiving Channel: Choose the channel where recordings will be sent for review. Select the appropriate channel for easy access by the moderation team.
3. Auto Moderation and Transcription
- When available, this option allows the system to automatically transcribe the recorded audio and apply penalties based on the spoken content.
